The SouthwickTeam has always used your services in any and every home we list. The SouthwickTeam has always be able to see the importance of being prepared ahead of time. That is what you and your services do for sellers; prepare them.

Jan works with the client to educate them about the Real Estate market and how critical it is to have their home “ready for the buyer’s eye”. She works with each client on an indiviaual basis, she then follows up and even comes back to check out and “tweak” the results. She never pressures them into buying new furnishings; she just uses their existing furnishings and makes suggestions to help with the salability of their home.

What buyer doesn’t want the model home and all the furnishings that are in it? These are the types of comments that we hear when Jan Girouard stages a home.

If homes are not priced competitively and don’t show better than all the competition, than they are having a harder time selling. In every instance when the client has taken your advice, the home has sold very quickly.

” Thank you so much for staging The Southwick Team’s new listing at 86 West Passage Drive, Portsmouth.

When I went to take the listing the first floor in this lovely 1997 Victorian was in very nice condition, but, when I went up to the bedrooms, I found the master bedroom was being occupied by one of the children and the parents were using the room over the garage as their master bedroom. To get to their room you needed to go through the laundry room. This needed to be fixed! The rest of the bedrooms and the basement recreation room also were in need of HELP! Yes, you did it, you convinced the seller to move their bedroom back to the original master bedroom. Then you stage the children’s bedroom by just adjusting some of the furniture. The seller was very pleased with the beautiful arrangement of furniture in their basement recreation room as well.

We had the first open house and it looked like a show house. And best of all, this home was sold in less than three weeks.
